David concentrates his practice in representing individuals and family-owned businesses in the areas of business and tax planning, business and corporation law matters, real estate development, acquisitions and business financing. David represents family-owned manufacturers, construction contractors, breweries, real estate developers and restaurants, and physicians and other professional practice groups and retail and service companies and works closely with clients, their accountants, engineers, and other advisors as a team to assist clients in achieving their business goals.

In matters relating to wills, trusts, estate planning and estates, David has represented some of the regions most productive families in connection with estate, tax and business succession planning and estate and trust administration and related needs. These services include the development, implementation and administration of comprehensive estate plans which include marital trusts, credit trusts, living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, annual gift planning, use of disclaimers, simple wills, powers of attorney, living wills and other tax planning tools.

David represents individuals, teachers, workers, other professionals, small business owners and elderly clients with the same degree of enthusiasm and detail regardless of financial position. David’s real estate practice includes commercial and residential financing, title insurance, project development, leasing and related zoning and land use. In the area of municipal law, David represents townships and sewer authorities and has experience with PENNVEST, PIDA, RUS, PHFA and other municipal financing.
