In matters relating to wills, trusts, estate planning and estates, David has represented some of the regions most productive families in connection with estate, tax and business succession planning and estate and trust administration and related needs. These services include the development, implementation and administration of comprehensive estate plans which include marital trusts, credit trusts, living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, annual gift planning, use of disclaimers, simple wills, powers of attorney, living wills and other tax planning tools.

David’s real estate practice includes commercial and residential financing, title insurance, project development, leasing and related zoning and land use. In the area of municipal law, David represents townships and sewer authorities and has experience with PENNVEST, PIDA, RUS, PHFA and other municipal financing.
