Jim Diehl was admitted to the practice of law in 1977. He has engaged in the general practice of law since that date with emphasis in real estate, zoning, municipal, commercial and banking transactions and personal injury. He is experienced in foreclosure work and all stages of appellate practice in the areas of municipal law. Mr. Diehl is active in numerous community and civic organizations in his community and has dedicated substantial time to many civic and community projects.

In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Diehl is the President of Penn National Abstract Company, the oldest and largest title company in Schuylkill County.
