For over 30 years, Frank J. Toole maintained an active practice centered in northern Schuylkill County. In 2000, Mr. Toole merged his practice with that of Williamson, Friedberg & Jones, and became a member of the firm. During his years of practice in Schuylkill County, Mr. Toole served as President of the Schuylkill County Bar Association, chaired a Hearing Committee of the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and was twice appointed to the Governor’s Trial Court Vacancy Commission. He was a Director of the Union National Bank of Shenandoah, Pennsylvania National Bank and Keystone Financial Bank, where he chaired the Asset Management Committee, and the Schuylkill Area Community Foundation. Mr. Toole, who is semi-retired, resides in Camden, Maine where he is chairs the Town Zoning Board of Appeals and is vice-president of the Housing Committee. He also serves on the Mid-Coast Business Development Board of Union Trust Bank and was recently appointed to the Diocese of Portland Foundation Board of Trustees.
