Attorney Crossen has vast experience in representing individuals, corporations, non-profit organizations and municipalities for over 20 years.

He has considerable courtroom experience, both in state and federal court. He recently won a trial in federal court against a major bank for violating Pennsylvania’s Unfair Trade Practices Act. In that case, the court awarded treble damages and attorney’s fees, in addition to compensatory damages. Mr. Crossen, a former Assistant District Attorney, has won civil and criminal cases, both at the trial court level and on appeal. He has recovered millions of dollars in settlements over his career for his clients.

Besides assisting clients in court, Mr. Crossen serves as solicitor to municipal bodies, and works with corporations and non-profit corporations in carrying out their legal needs.

He also assists families with estate planning, including drafting Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney forms.
