In order to ease the burden for families impacted by the virus, the Coronavirus Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021 and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 provides for financial assistance for COVID-19 related funeral expenses incurred after January 20, 2020.

To apply, you must call 844-684-6333 or 800-462-7585. Applications opened beginning April 12, 2021. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. but we have reports that the call centers are open almost 24/7. A long wait time should be anticipated.
